Weight Loss solutions are pretty difficult at times. If it was easy or there was an easy solution there would only be one weight loss book out there. However here are some of the best weight loss programs I’ve personally done.

1. The Diet Solution Program Review

I’m always a bit skeptical about these kinds of programs. However when I got ahold of the diet solution I realized that this is a very well rounded and effective weight loss solution. Isabelle and her partners are very thoughtful in their approach. She explains it perfectly and coming from the years I’ve spent researching health and nutrition this is definitely a quality and smart weight loss approach.

The basis of it is not calorie related. As I’ve talked about before calories in doesn’t mean calories out or even absorbed. For example one study two groups of women changed their morning meals, and nothing else. One group ate a bagel and the other ate eggs. The researchers made sure each group had the same amount of calories of bagels and eggs.  The group who ate eggs lost on average 6 pounds. Even though both groups had the same amount of calorie intake, the egg group lost weight.

This kind of practical and research oriented approach is exactly what the diet solution brings to the table. It’s a smart and effective way to loose weight, and when the diet solution website says the honest and all natural diet and nutrition program, they mean it. It strips away major problems in our eating and approaches it in a very practical method.

I did the diet for 3 weeks and I lost 8 lbs. My girlfriend has lost 10 lbs in 6 weeks using this diet method. Proof is in the pudding when it comes to these programs.

Its expensive but when you think about the amount of knowledge you’re getting its actually really cheap. I spent a lot of time just reading the material.

9/10 for practical

Its generally practical unless you go out to eat, a lot of restaurants have comfort foods, fortunately on my dates it only took me a few more minutes to find foods that were appropriate.

2. Truth About Six Packs

When I looked at this program I found it not only interesting but thoughtful. Truth about Six packs ties in nicely with the diet solution program. The six pack abs program I haven’t been as faithful with but it does seem to be effective. I like how the common misconceptions are dispelled in this program. For example, abs are just like any other muscles. You shouldn’t work them out every day, although my days in martial arts we had specific workouts for the abs every day and trust me it helped. Normal people though don’t need to workout every day with their abs, and like other muscles you should grab weights when you can do 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps or 12 to 15 reps.

One of the more effective ab workouts I’v seen only were a few sets and about 10 minutes a day on a bolsa ball. Though the Truth about six packs focuses on right nutrition, no pills and orients towards healthy liver just like the Diet Solution program. To me this is good, because true healthy eating is what is needed.

9/10 for effectiveness

It works, some of the exercises are actually easy to do. Your body type could give you a little bit of trouble in some areas but overall its a very effective program. At the height of my unhealthiness I was at 45 inches on my belly. When I started this program I was down to 42 inches and that was about 9 months of working out. Doing the truth about abs helped me and dropped 3 inches in 4 months. No one said any of these programs are get thin quick, because well, thats BS.

8/10 for price

I’m generally a cheap kindof guy so even though there is plenty of information I still don’t like hefty prices, even if its well worth it. So 8 for me being cheap, but you get all sorts of bonuses just like the diet solution program

8/10 for practical

I gave i 8 out of 10 because of the fact that exercises are involved, I really shouldn’t though when you consider the common approach to abs.

I strongly recomend these two programs, The Truth about Six Pack Abs
