True Healthy Products, the makers of the Fat Release System recently released their popular HCG Diet with a new twist ? with the inclusion of a diet friendly healthy chocolate. ?After working closely with clients on our Fat Release System diet, we learned that some people really benefit from the calming effects of our dark chocolate in their day to day lives. We now offer Healthy Dark Chocolate as part of the HCG Diet Plan?, said Jan Hrkach, CEO of True Healthy Products.
HCG Diet plans have become increasingly popular for many Americans. For those that are so pitifully taxed for time, there is little time for radical changes in the daily schedule for dieting. However, can eating chocolate on a diet be helpful? Many look to improve nutrition and diet and this company is realizing their healthy chocolate is improving results with their HCG Diet, The Fat Release System.
It may seem odd to highlight a common dessert item like chocolate in an HCG Diet, but the diet friendly chocolate referred to in this program, The Doctor?s Chocolate, is known to actually help you lose weight. Dr. Keith Scott-Mumby, creator of the chocolate claims that it helps with appetite suppression, is an all natural stress and tension reducer, increases mental alertness and focus, lowers PMS irritability, promotes improved personal relationships and reduces sugar cravings. The chocolate has 20 calories and 3 carbohydrates per serving, tastes like luxury chocolate, and is diabetic safe.
dieting with HCG and the right healthy chocolate may be the solution for busy Americans to meet their weight loss goals and help manage their modified eating habits. True Healthy Products also offers a free long term diet plan, The Simple Chocolate.
True Healthy Products offers a free eating guide and can be found at http://www.simplechocolatediet.com
This website also offers years of research on the many health benefits of dark chocolate and video interviews with the creator of The Doctor?s Chocolate, Dr. Keith Scott-Mumby.
One of the great things about The Doctor?s Chocolate is, it is a vehicle for L-theanine. Dr. Audie G. Leventhal at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City explained ?L-theanine appears to have a role in the formation of the inhibitory neurotransmitter Gamma Amino Butyric Acid (GABA). GABA blocks release of the neurotransmitters dopamine and serotonin, playing a key role in the relaxation effect. GABA, or gamma-aminobutyric acid, is a messenger chemical that is essential for optimizing how brain cells transmit messages to each other and acts to put a damper on unwanted brain signaling activity.?

The great thing about turning your health around with diet and nutrition is that the results can be quick and last a lifetime. Eating a low carbohydrate and low sugar diet while on the Fat Release System with the HCG diet friendly Doctor?s Chocolate typically brings dieters to a greater nutritional balance sometimes in a few short weeks, which means more daily stamina, mental clarity, and improved mood.
When you eat nutritionally balanced foods day after day, this helps your body to become more efficient and metabolically responsive. In time, this will even go so far as to help normalize your hormones. Homeostasis of your hormones means you feel more positive and more energetic.
True Healthy Products is an all natural nutrition company offering a wide range of products from healthy dark chocolate that you can take while on the Fat Release HCG system, all natural sports nutrition products, organic skin care and whole food vitamin supplements.

At HCG Diet Kits, the HCG Diet Coach Paul Johnson constantly hears the questions: Is this diet going to give me loose sagging skin?
As someone who has done the HCG diet himself, Paul Johnson can thoroughly relate to this concern. ?Honestly, the way the HCG diet works prevents this from being an issue for most people,? says Paul. ?However, I’ve noticed people who’ve previously tried other diets do run into this problem .?
Fortunately, Paul has some recommendations that have worked well for people he’s coached through the diet.
?The first, and most important thing,? Paul says, ?is drink lots of water. Staying hydrated is so important to the health of one’s skin and is a big factor in maintaining the skin’s natural elasticity.? Since drinking at least two liters of water daily is already an important part of doing the HCG diet, healthier skin is a natural occurrence. It’s very common for people on the HCG diet to notice their skin gets softer as they go through the diet.
Paul explains that the HCG diet, by its very nature, is conducive to better skin elasticity than most other diets. Although one loses weight at a much more rapid rate than on most diets, Dr. A.T.W. Simeons, the founder of the original HCG diet, determined that the weight loss is coming from fat stores, not muscle. By maintaining muscle mass, one is much less likely to develop loose skin with weight loss.
Because it’s best to use lotion with no oils in it during the HCG diet, it’s important to be careful not to apply the wrong products to one’s skin. Paul and some of his staff tried out different HCG approved lotions and found this one to be the best. Paul says, ?Use the HCG Lotion as frequently as you like while on the diet. If you are someone who has had problems with loose skin after weight loss, you should use this lotion at least twice a day.?
And one more recommendation for healthy skin on the HCG diet?exfoliate. ?Just keep a loofah in your shower and scrub your skin two or three times a week,? Paul says. This simple action exfoliates dead skin cells (thus allowing skin to rejuvenate) and increases circulation, both important factors in keeping skin in good shape.
Paul says “I remember one guy that did the HCG Diet that had tons of old acne scars on his back. After the diet, they were completely and totally gone. If that’s a side effect of the HCG Diet, it’s a good one.”

Find More Get Healthy Diet Press Releases
Huntington Beach, CA (PRWEB) February 17, 2006
According to a recent study conducted by WHI (Women?s Health Initiative) and Stanford University, women who only reduce the amount of total fat in their diet will generally not lessen their risk of certain types of cancer or heart disease. The research indicates that women on a low-fat diet only experienced a 9% reduction in the occurrence of breast cancer and made no significant difference in the occurrence of heart disease.
This study, which involved nearly 49,000 females between the ages of 50 and 79, was the nation?s largest long-term study of a low-fat diet ever recorded. In an eight year period, researchers set out to determine whether or not the theory of low-fat diets helping to reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer were accurate.
Of the participants, 40% were designated for the low-fat diet, which directed them to reduce their fat intake to 20% of their total calories while eating vegetables and fruits on five or more occasions every day and six servings of grains. The remaining 60% of subjects were assigned to the comparison group and were not instructed to make any changes.
Women?s Health Initiative researchers point out that a number of women assigned to the low-fat diet failed to meet the 20% fat intake goal and, furthermore, the women who had the highest fat intake rate at the onset of the research showed greater evidence for reducing their risk of breast cancer on the diet program.
According to a recent news report from Stanford University, women who want to maintain their health are urged to follow a diet low in both saturated and trans fats, and rich in vegetables and fiber. This is in place of a diet that is specifically geared to eating low-fat foods. Regular exercise, along with cancer and heart screenings, were also recommended for early detection.
?Just switching to low-fat foods is not likely to yield much health benefit in most women,? commented Marcia Stefanick, PhD, professor of medicine at the Stanford Prevention Research Center and chair of the Women?s Health Initiative steering committee. ?Rather than trying to eat low-fat, women should focus on reducing saturated fats and trans fats.?

HCG Diet Direct is in the business of aiding obese and overweight individuals as they work to obtain a healthier weight. The diet is based on the effects of regular use of homeopathic HCG drops, B12, and a daily caloric intake of 500 calories per day. The program has proven successful in changing the lifestyle habits of overweight and obese individuals. After successful completion of the program most are able to maintain a healthy weight and most have developed new, healthy eating habits.
Healthy weight and healthy eating habits are 2 of the 4 lifestyle habits that, together, reduce the risk of common and deadly diseases by 80% according to a report included in the August 10/24 issue of Archives of Internal Medicine (a JAMA/Archives Journal). The other two major lifestyle habits lauded by the report were: never smoking and exercising.
Jenny Boynton of HCG Diet Direct said, “The recent report suggested that healthy lifestyle habits can go a long way in preventing cardiovascular disease, cancer AND diabetes. The issue of weight is more than just visual; it’s either healthy or it’s not. We try to get people to a healthy weight not just so they can be happy and wear a smaller size, but hopefully so they can be healthy and live longer.”
HCG Diet Direct aids individuals as they reach for a healthy weight and learn to maintain it through proper dieting. The program’s weight maintenance success rate is high and past clients offer positive feedback in regards to their new healthy eating habits.
