I want to start eating healthy- but I want the food to be yummy too. What are some basics for healthy eating? What are some healthy food staples to keep in the house? Any advice on healthy food eating would be great. Thanks!

eat yummy food but make sure it’s not too much. eat protein in the morning because it’ll tone down your hunger later. lunch should be your biggest meal and dinner should be your smallest. just control the amount you eat and don’t eat when you know you’re full because it’s going to waste or you just still want to eat it.

    Don’t eat highly processed foods, Eat foods high in fiber and low in fat and a glass of red wine daily for the antioxidant properties in RED wine. Simple!

    never leave the produce section LOLz. except for doing to the dairy aisle to get orange juice and soy milk.

    When I go to the grocery store I ALWAYS go towards the produce aisle first. pick of a wide variety of fresh vegetables and fruits. go to the grain section and pick up brown rice and a couple cans of organic black beans. get rid of all the junk in your house. that includes junk food,candies,non organic dairy, and non organic meats so you aren’t tempted.

    When I have a sweet craving, I satisfy it and have a mini So delicous dairy-free ice cream sandwich, and some fruit. when craving meat, I go for beans. I actually no longer crave meat since I hadn’t had it in a while. instead i crave beans,
