I have been still working on these reviews. So I apologize for not getting further updates out. After these reviews I’ll aim for at least a weekly to monthly update on these posts. I’ve looked at my stats and they are getting bigger and bigger, the problem now is that I have to start going towards bigger servers.
If you have a product you want reviewed, or you know a product helped or hindered you drop me a line or leave m a comment thanks
If you are wondering why I haven’t been posting as frequently well its because I’m building up reviews for diet programs. I have currently written 11 and will be adding to them as needed. For example I need to aggregate the reviews from other sites.
the good thing?
you can preview it. Beware it is not in its finished and nicely polished look. http://weightloss.nutritionandhealthyeating.com
If you have a program that you want reviewed then you can send it to admin@nutritionandhealthyeating.com or see the contact us form on the link above.
I have some bad news to tell people. If you have been doing those DVD’s where you just move around a bit, maybe lift five pounds here and there and you don’t even break a sweat. Then you aren’t working out. Its about as good for you as me typing. Well, its still better than me just typing but if your goal is to slim down, tone or define your body then you are way…way…way…way off.
For women and men who want to tone, 10 to 15 reps and you should be feeling a burn. A burn. Not a yawn or excitement for the next exercise. A burn. It should sting a little.
For women and men who want to bulk up 6 to 8 reps. You should be struggling the last few reps. If on number 8 you don’t feel it, then that means that you picked the wrong weight, no problem. Keep going til you feel a burn and then make a note of it.
These are two very well known concepts in weight-lifting. Just I often forget not everyone is a gym rat, fitness junkie or lunatic at large. I’m writing this post because I was telling my friend how much I enjoyed P90X and that its a real workout. I was tired of the lead workout guy pointing out this very basic concept. Then my friend said “well not everyone knows that.”
and I made a mental note right there to jot that down and to go ahead and write up a little ditty for the blog on that. Those tips and more you get with the P90X.
